1. About PayPerClips

PayPerClips is a campaign aggregator platform that connects brands running CPM-based clipping campaigns with content creators ("clippers") across social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and others. We serve as a discovery and listing platform — we do not directly manage payments between brands and clippers unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use PayPerClips you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 may only participate in campaigns with no age restrictions.
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account

Certain campaigns are restricted to users aged 18+ or 21+. By applying to such campaigns, you confirm you meet the age requirement.

3. Clipper Accounts

If you register as a clipper you agree to:

• Only apply to campaigns you intend to genuinely participate in
• Comply with each campaign's specific requirements and content guidelines
• Only submit clips that you own or have the right to share
• Not artificially inflate view counts through bots, click farms, or other fraudulent means
• Disclose paid partnerships in your content as required by applicable law and platform rules (FTC guidelines, etc.)
• Not misrepresent your follower count, reach, or audience demographics

4. Brand Accounts

If you register as a brand you agree to:

• Submit only legitimate, real campaigns with accurate CPM rates and budget information
• Honor the CPM rates and terms advertised in your campaign listings
• Respond to clipper applications and communications in a timely manner
• Not use the platform to collect personal data from clippers beyond what is necessary for campaign participation
• Comply with all applicable advertising laws including FTC disclosure requirements
• Not submit campaigns for illegal products, services, or content

Brand accounts are subject to manual review and approval before campaigns go live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any campaign at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on PayPerClips:

• Submitting fraudulent, misleading, or fake campaign listings
• Using bots, automation, or artificial means to inflate engagement metrics
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to circumvent account verification or age restrictions
• Scraping or bulk-extracting data from the platform without written permission
• Impersonating another person, brand, or company
• Uploading or sharing content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Using the platform to promote illegal activities

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

6. Campaign Listings and Accuracy

PayPerClips aggregates campaign listings from multiple sources including brand submissions, Discord servers, and automated scrapers. While we review all listings before they go live, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of every campaign. Campaign budgets, CPM rates, and deadlines may change after listing.

Always verify campaign details directly with the brand before committing significant time or resources.

7. Payments and Fees

PayPerClips does not currently process payments between brands and clippers. Any payment arrangements are made directly between the parties. PayPerClips is not responsible for payment disputes, non-payment, or any financial loss arising from your participation in a campaign listed on the platform.

Featured listings, premium subscriptions, and other paid platform features are subject to separate pricing terms communicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you create. By submitting content or campaign materials to PayPerClips, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and promote that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

The PayPerClips name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PayPerClips is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that campaigns listed will result in earnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayPerClips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost earnings, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of PayPerClips shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
